PATAGONIAN KING CRAB AND SOUTHERN KING CRAB · Lithodes santolla
Premium Patagonian king crab captured in the southern channels of the Aysén Region and individually frozen IQF, designed for export to Japan, USA, Canada and high-level international gastronomy.
Description
The Patagonian king crab is the emblematic product of the Chilean Patagonian sea and one of the most valued species in the South Pacific.
Captured in cold and deep waters of the Aysén Region, at latitudes above 45° South, it develops firm, juicy meat with a naturally sweet flavour thanks to its slow growth in low-temperature ecosystems.
Individually frozen using IQF technology immediately after capture, it preserves its organoleptic and nutritional properties in their entirety, becoming a premium reference for chefs, distributors and high-standard international markets.
